It's pumpkin time. Have been sitting on the porch after dinner as dusk lingers and we wait for fall. A welcome change in the weather with a cool breeze and remembering times when porches were a gathering place for neighbors and friends. The world of people has changed but the seasons are the same.

Kids Pose with Design Star

Although Alice Fakier didn't win the finals in HGTV's Design Star, she is a winner with the Montgomery family. She is as classy and poised in person as she is on the camera. The kids got a kick out of going to watch the final episode of HGTV's Design Star show at the Fakier's house. Alice's husband, Jay, is an outstanding Radiology resident at S&W. Alice and Jay, we love ya!
